I'm a lot of things such as wife, mother of 2, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and career woman but my passion is fitness. You can sum me up as a fitness lifestyle blogger.

I started Femme Fitale Fit Club to motivate women to live fit and healthy lives and share information on exercise programs, host monthly fitness challenges and good nutrition so you can live the healthiest and happiest life possible.

Personalized Exercise Plan

If you are just looking for workout routines to perform in your "gym" of choice (i.e. home, box gym, outdoors, etc.) then this plan is for you. Whether you workout at the gym or at home, I’ll customize a 4-week program for you so you know what body parts you will be working each and every time you head out to exercise keeping your overall fitness goals in mind.

This program includes:

  • 30, 60 or 90 days worth of workouts 
  • Workout calendar 
  • Workout tracking app

OR

Virtual Personal Training Program

If you've always wanted a personal trainer but couldn't afford one, now you can. This program provides one-on-one virtual coaching (unless you are local) plus a structured and customized workout plan to help you stay consistent as well as reach your fitness goals.

This robust program includes or requires:

  • Initial and final assessment 
  • Initial introduction via Skype to review assessment
  • 8 or 12 week training plan
  • General meal plan to support your energy needs for your muscle and strength endurance workout plan and to assist with fat and weight loss.  I am not a registered dietician and can not prescribe specific meal plans.
  • Weekly weigh-ins and measurements 
  • Before and after photo submissions 
  • Workout tracking app via Trainerize
  • Email support 
  • Skype coaching sessions
